Check-in and checkout

• Check-in: after 3:00 PM, self check-in with a door code we send before arrival.
• Checkout: by 11:00 AM.

House rules

• Up to 4 guests.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbors.
• Exterior security cameras are on the property (outside only, never inside).
• The laundry room is yours to use; the upstairs tenant rarely needs access to the shared storage area.

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations 14 or more days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in. To cancel or change a direct booking, email travisjsoukup@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Accessibility note

There are several flights of outdoor concrete stairs between the parking area and the front door. The trade-off is the view, but this home is unfortunately not a good fit for guests who can't manage stairs.

Licensing

Licensed City of Seattle short-term rental, license STR-OPLI-24-002314. Applicable state and local lodging taxes are collected on every booking.
